- Order: A request you make to purchase goods from Go Green.
- Service: Refers to the Go Green website and its marketplace functionalities.
- Vendor: A registered seller on the Go Green platform.
- You: The individual accessing or using the platform, including account holders and shoppers.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason. The cancellation must be done before delivery or before the deadline stated in the order. To qualify for a return:
- The goods must have been purchased within the last 14 days.
- The goods must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products made to your specific instructions or personalized items.
- Goods that deteriorate quickly or are perishable.
- Goods that have hygiene restrictions such as personal care or cosmetics.
- Gift cards or digital products.
You are responsible for the safe return of goods. Returns must be sent to the vendor's address provided in your order details. Always keep a proof of shipment until your return is confirmed.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Partial refunds may apply if the returned item is damaged or missing components.
Exchanges may be requested if the product is defective or incorrect. Availability of replacements depends on stock. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
If you receive damaged or defective goods, contact the vendor or Go Green support immediately with photos. Prompt reporting ensures quicker resolution and reduces inconvenience.
If a product is not delivered within the promised timeframe, you may request cancellation or a refund. Vendors are expected to adhere to estimated delivery dates.
If a purchased product was marked as a gift, the gift recipient may initiate a return or exchange, and the refund will be issued according to the original payment method or store credit.
Unless the return is due to vendor error or defective products, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Vendors cover shipping for errors on their side.
Customers must provide accurate delivery information and inspect products upon receipt. Claims submitted due to negligence may be rejected.
Vendors are accountable for product quality, packaging, accurate description, and timely delivery. Go Green facilitates the marketplace but is not liable for vendor mistakes.
