Go Green connects independent vendors with environmentally conscious buyers through a single marketplace. By accessing, browsing, or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using the platform immediately.

To create an account or make purchases on Go Green, users must be at least 18 years of age. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

Vendors operating on Go Green are solely responsible for the accuracy of their product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines. Vendors must ensure that their products comply with all applicable laws and quality standards. Go Green acts only as a marketplace facilitator and does not directly sell or inspect vendor products.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Any activity that occurs under your account will be considered your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.

All orders placed on Go Green are subject to acceptance and availability. Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways. Go Green does not store or have access to your payment details. Any payment disputes must be raised with the payment provider or the respective vendor.

All content available on the Go Green platform, including logos, text, images, graphics, designs, and software, is the intellectual property of Go Green or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraudulent activities, spamming, hacking, data scraping, or any illegal use of the platform. Posting misleading information, fake reviews, or abusive content is also not allowed. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Go Green shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities resulting from vendor actions or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in harmful behavior, or poses a risk to the platform or its users. Termination may occur without prior notice, and any outstanding obligations will remain enforceable.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from the use of Go Green shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
